Gartner is a major global research and advisory company with a large campus located right here in the Gateway area. The company offers professional opportunities across research, analytics, technology, sales, and client services. Gartner’s Fort Myers presence supports high-skilled employment and strengthens the region’s professional services sector—and for many of our residents, it’s a commute measured in minutes.

Arthrex is a global medical device company headquartered in Southwest Florida with a significant logistics and employment presence in Fort Myers. The company supports careers across manufacturing, engineering, distribution, research and development, and corporate operations. Arthrex is one of the region’s largest private employers and a cornerstone of its medical technology industry.

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is the primary commercial airport serving Fort Myers and the surrounding region, and it sits just minutes from Garrett Gateway. Our program extends to Lee County Port Authority employees as well as airline, TSA, rental car, concession, ground-support, and other airport personnel. RSW plays a critical role in regional connectivity, tourism, and economic development.

Lee Health and NCH are the two major healthcare systems serving Southwest Florida, with hospitals, medical offices, and outpatient facilities located throughout the area. Together they employ thousands of physicians, nurses, technicians, and support professionals across clinical and administrative roles. Our Preferred Employer Program welcomes team members from both systems and their affiliated facilities.

Gateway Charter School serves VPK through 12th grade students and is located directly within the Gateway community. The school employs teachers, administrators, and support staff who shape the educational experience of families right here in our neighborhood. Gateway Services Community Development District employees are responsible for the infrastructure, utilities, parks, and recreational services that keep the Gateway community running. Their work spans public works, water and wastewater operations, parks maintenance, and community administration. These are the team members who care for the roads, green spaces, and amenities our residents enjoy every day.

Chico’s FAS, part of the KnitWell Group, is a major corporate employer with its operations and corporate campus located in Fort Myers. The headquarters supports roles across corporate leadership, merchandising, design, marketing, technology, and operations. Chico’s presence contributes to Fort Myers’ economic vitality and professional employment base.

Hertz is a major Southwest Florida corporate employer with its global headquarters located in nearby Estero.
